The People Behind Your Care

Team

Walk into our Concourse Avenue office and you'll be greeted by the same people, visit after visit. That's not an accident. We've built our Memphis dental team around people who genuinely like what they do and who remember your name, your kids' names, and whether you take cream in your coffee while you wait.

The People Behind Your Care

The Faces You'll See at Every Visit

From the front desk to the treatment chair, everyone on our team plays a part in making your visit easier, less rushed, and a lot less intimidating than you might expect from a dental office. Scheduling, insurance questions, chairside comfort, and that reassuring hand on your shoulder during a procedure, it's all handled by people who have chosen dentistry as a career because they like taking care of people.

Below is a look at who makes up our team. Click through to any profile to learn more about their background, what they specialize in, and what they enjoy outside the office.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I talk to about scheduling or rescheduling an appointment?

Our front desk coordinators handle all scheduling, whether you're booking a new visit, rescheduling, or need to move things around because life got busy. You can reach them by phone at 901.881.1234 during our office hours, or request an appointment online anytime through our appointment request page.

What happens when I arrive for my first visit?

You'll be greeted at the front desk, asked to complete a short intake if you haven't already done so online, and walked back to a treatment room by one of our dental assistants. They'll go over your health history and any concerns before the dentist comes in, so by the time your exam starts, we already have a good sense of what you need.

Who can help me understand my insurance or billing questions?

Our patient coordinators handle insurance verification and billing questions directly. They'll walk you through your coverage, explain any out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins, and help you understand your options. Visit our insurance page for more on the plans we accept.

Will I see the same hygienist or assistant at every visit?

We do our best to keep you with the same hygienist and assistant for routine care, since familiarity makes visits smoother and more comfortable. Scheduling occasionally requires flexibility, but our entire team is trained to the same standard, so you're in good hands no matter who's in the room with you.

How does the team support patients who feel nervous about dental visits?

Dental anxiety is common, and our team is trained to notice it and respond with patience, not pressure. We explain each step before it happens, check in with you throughout treatment, and adjust pacing when needed. If you want to talk through your concerns before your visit, just mention it when you call.

Is the team different for new patients compared to returning patients?

No, every patient works with the same team of dentists, hygienists, and coordinators. New patients simply spend a bit more time up front with a health history review and initial exam. Check our new patients page for what to expect and bring to your first appointment.
