Accessibility

Crosstown Dental Group wants every visitor to our website to be able to find information, request an appointment, and reach our Memphis office without running into barriers. We believe access to clear information about dental care should not depend on the device someone uses, the browser they prefer, or whether they rely on assistive technology to get around online.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

This statement explains what we are doing to make this site usable for as many people as possible, where we currently fall short, and how to let us know if something is not working the way it should.

The Standard We Aim to Meet

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our benchmark. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the generally accepted standard for making web content more usable for people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We treat Level AA as a baseline we are working toward across every page, not a box we check once and forget.

Measures We Have Taken

We have built and continue to update this site with the following practices in mind:

Known Limitations

We are honest about the fact that this work is ongoing. Some older pages, PDF documents, or third-party tools embedded on this site (such as our online appointment scheduler or insurance verification forms) may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We review these areas on a regular basis and prioritize fixes as we find them, but a timeline for full compliance cannot be guaranteed for every element on the site.

If you come across a specific page or feature that gives you trouble, please tell us. Knowing exactly where the problem is helps us fix it faster than a general review on our own.

Reporting a Problem or Getting Help

If any part of this website is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology, or if you simply cannot find what you need, we want to hear about it. Please include the page address, a short description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. This helps our team track down the problem quickly.

We will do our best to respond promptly and, where needed, offer the information or service you were looking for through an alternative method, such as over the phone or in person at our office.

Ongoing Review

This statement is reviewed on a periodic basis as we update the website and add new features. It was last reviewed in the current update cycle. If our approach to accessibility changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page to reflect it.
